1. Data we collect
When you use an order form we collect your name and phone number, the country page you ordered from and technical data needed to protect the form against abuse (IP address, browser type). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to pass your order request to the official distributor in your country so that a consultant can call you to confirm it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract).
3. Recipients
Your data is transmitted to the distributor that fulfils orders in your country and its call centre. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
4. Storage period
We do not store order data in our own database beyond the time needed to transmit it. The distributor keeps the data for as long as required to process the order and to meet legal obligations.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Contact: info@aurivit360.com.
